Jam Radio > Concerts > Rusted Root
Rusted Root's music is hard to classify. Though often considered a Jam Band, they have been known to reject this label. What we do know is that their brand of percussion-based, almost tribal grooves have earned them a loyal group of followers, who flock to see their energetic live shows.
Live audio recording of Rusted Root concerts (digital or analog) is permitted and encouraged. Soundboard patches are not allowed, however. Your recording must not interfere with other concertgoers' view or enjoyment of the show. Your recording equipment (recorders, microphones, stands, etc.) cannot be placed in front of the soundboard. Tapers must provide their own power source, as no outlets will be provided. Recordings may be traded fairly and evenly, but cannot be sold for profit.
This taping policy is subject to venue restrictions, so if you plan to tape a show, please call the building to check on their policy, as it sometimes supercedes our own. Of course, this policy does not apply to festivals or shows where Rusted Root is the support act.
